In response to public health concerns surrounding COVID-19 we will be holding our Monday night meditations ONLINE via Zoom.

Are you new to meditation? Or maybe you just want to connect with members of your community through the power of mindfulness. Whatever your motivation, you are welcome!

Schedule and Format

We meet every Monday evening.

The virtual “doors” for our meeting will open at 6:45PM.
6:55-7PM-Overview for online program format and logistics
7-7:30-Sitting Meditation
7:30-7:45-Walking Meditation
7:45-8-Sitting Meditation
8:8-8:15- Optional dharma discussion

***As always, our meditation sessions are freely offered and open to all who have a wish to cultivate compassion and equanimity in their hearts and in the world. Donations are welcome.***
